Branch Managers ensure that branches are efficient, profitable, and customer focused. As leaders they are responsible for making decisions about staffing, fleet mix, budgets, equipment rental, and sales. Running their own business, Branch Managers build the foundation for even greater responsibility at the District and Regional level.
At United Rentals, it's no big surprise to see a new employee enter the branch at an entry level position, and eventually become a Branch Manager.
